Moscow Exchange sets special mode for Sistema on 20% price slide

MOSCOW, May 3 (PRIME) -- The Moscow Exchange has switched multi-industry holding Sistema’s shares to a discrete auction mode at 10:33 a.m. local time on Wednesday, as the share price decreased by more than 20%, according to the bourse’s data.

Oil major Rosneft and its unit Bashneft earlier filed a suit seeking to recover over 106.6 billion rubles from Sistema. The suit is connected with possible asset stripping, Rosneft’s press secretary Mikhail Leontyev told PRIME.
